3 Mistakes to AVOID on your Wellness Journey


There are some common misconceptions about what we think we should be doing, but I wanted to share with you today these 3 most common mistakes I see busy mamas on a mission making...



1. Not eating ENOUGH!!!


Undereating is a guaranteed way to lose muscle. Less muscle = slower metabolism. In other words, you shoot yourself in the foot. Less is NOT more ladies!!



2. Not exercising EFFICIENTLY & EFFECTIVELY


What does that mean? I see sooo many women doing cardio & circuits. While they can burn some calories, if you want to work smarter and not harder, lift some weights. Particularly in the 8-12 rep range. If you can lift more than 12 reps, you aren’t lifting heavy enough

3. Not working on their mindset


What does that even mean? Being aware of limiting beliefs, negative self-talk, fear, doubt, and insecurity! We’ve all got ‘em. Only some of us are aware of ‘em!


We can’t control our circumstances…


But we CAN control our thoughts.


Our thoughts affect our actions.


Ultimately, our actions (or inaction) will determine our results.
